Hi babes! For me January is one of the most depressing months of the year. You’re off your gym and eating schedule because of the holidays, the parties are over, it’s cold and we still have MONTHS to go before it’s summer! What I mostly do is think about my personal goals, resolutions, write a few things down without trying to execute everything perfectly from day 1. I try to pick up my work-out schedule but I most of all – I’m not too hard on myself if I have a day off or skip some of my good resolutions. One step at a time! One of my favorite things to do is play motivational music when I’m in the car, while making breakfast,… basically any time I need some extra motivation. It’s all about getting into the right mindset & surviving the worst part of the winter. Just remember: the days are getting longer, the mornings are getting brighter, this is the time to work in silence!
